No Abuse Wanda Cross-Poster

Cross posting is an important part of rescuing Shelter animals.  Animals who are strays or have been brought to a shelter because their owner no longer wants them...  There are so many excuses for bumping pets, too expensive, moving to a place that won't allow pets, not enough time and then there are the owners who have a pet never take it to a vet then when they are old and sick and it would cost too much to cure the animal...  To all those people with all the excuses in the world know this... That loved pet you are so kind to drop off to a shelter to be adopted to another loving family... Your pet has a 90% chance to being euthanized usually within 2 weeks of being dumped at the shelter, if they are not picked up by a rescuer.  Often rescuers will go into shelters, photograph the animals, then post the photos online, the photos are then shared to thousands of people, if your pet is one of the lucky ones they get adopted or a rescue group will pull the animal and try to find people who will foster the animal until someone who really knows how to love your pet comes forward to adopt your pet, some will go into boarding, especially if you didn't take care of your pet and they are in need to medical attention. Cross-posting is very important when it come to these animals, many have been starved, or have injuries and are near death. Thousands and thousands or people share donation links to help fund the medical care for your Unwanted pets... Senior pets who are dumped usually waste away, confused, scared and sad. Shelter noises and other dogs can be very stressful for any animal but for the older ones it is especially hard, some will stare endlessly at the door expecting you, His owner to come rescue them, their devotion is beyond comprehension...  They are dumped because they were not care for, when they get so ill that they require expensive medical care they are left to die alone on a cold concrete shelter floor...  Oh how you love your pet let me count the ways.

Then there are the severely abused...
The "Dog fighting" dogs many of these are Pit pulls and Pit bull mixes, they are often forced as young pups to fight or die. Many live a very torturous life, with endless fights and never seeing medical attention, many have scares, open wounds, broken legs and missing ears... Then there are the "Bait Dogs" Bait dogs are used to help teach the "Fighter Dog" to fight  Bait Dogs withstand the most severe long term abuse. Many have their teeth either pulled or filed down so that they are not able to hurt the money making "Fighter Dogs", Bait dogs are often at times are tied by the legs so that they are not able to escape the butte attacks of the fighter dogs, they are attacked to near death over and over again many are females. The females often get pregnant and are still used as "Bait" when they are no longer capable of surviving the attacks, they are toss out like trash often on the side of a highway...  Most do not live long enough to get to a shelter, when they are brought into a shelter they sit and wait to die or be rescued.  Many have never had a tender touch or kind word, many are so skinny and very ill.  These dogs are in most cases, are the most loving animals that you ever want to meet. After being forced to fight, or used as a "Bait Dogs" they still want love and are willing to give humans the chance to love them back.  They are the most misunderstood dogs throughout the world.  There are many Laws banning the Pit Bulls... Wise, educated people who think that banning these dogs will make the Dog Fighting issues throughout the world go away... Not the case... Banning the breed has caused an Open House on abusing these kind hearted Dogs.  Forcing people who do care for and love their Pit Bulls to get rid of them, many end up at shelters that are " High Kill" shelters or are bought by underground dog fighting rings... When will the madness end...  How can banning a breed end Dog Fighting? Law against Animal Abuse needs to be made a felony world wide.  Animal Abuser need to know the there are real consequences, with real jail time.

I have created this website to bring awareness to the Shelter animals they either adopted rescued saved or killed...  I want to bring awareness to the cruelty and unjust killing that occurs in and out of shelters.  I want to bring awareness to conditions of shelter everywhere both good and bad.  I would like this page to  inform people of the plight of these Unwanted pets.  The world must stop turning at blind eye to the world wide out of control inhumane abuse of Animals.

Man needs to get the kindness back in Mankind....
